Four children were spotted sitting in the back seats - without child seats - and none of them were wearing any seat belts.
After being questioned by police the driver tried to pass his identity off as his brothers.
After taking a fingerprint test police quickly discovered he was lying about who he was and that he didn't have a driving licence or insurance.
He has now been reported for his offences.
